How do I change my delivery instructions?

It is best if you are at home to receive your own grocery however if you are not at home when we deliver your grocery then write clear delivery instructions during checkout. If you need to change the delivery instructions for any reason, please give us a ring on 0333 242 3278 or email help@indianginger.com and we will try to accommodate any change requests. 

 

When do you deliver? Do I need to be at home?

We deliver at certain slots that you choose during checkout on delivery day. To minimise food miles, our local delivery teams deliver to everyone in an area on a set day and time, calculating their routes to maximise efficiency. Delivery is often at a similar time each week – traffic and weather permitting!

You don’t need to be at home. Just update the delivery instructions during checkout to let us know where you’d like us to leave your box if you’re not in. We’re used to all sorts of requests. This could be anything from leaving your box with a neighbor or concierge or in a shed/garage, to tucking it under a hedge, behind a dustbin or under upturned recycling boxes. Please do note that frozen items are best not left out for too long. 

 

What should I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

We very rarely miss a delivery, so don’t panic if it’s a bit later than usual. If it’s very late, please ring us at on 0333 242 3278. We’ll find out what has happened and try to put it right.

 

What should I do if there’s a problem with my delivery?

We work hard to bring you outstanding grocery– but things aren’t always perfect. We try to catch any problems early, but if something slips through, please don’t suffer in silence.
